This is absolute insanity.  Terrible look for the NFL.  Sure he wasn’t charged with a crime but that doesn’t mean he’s not a complete sack of shit.  

Not only does he get traded but gets a giant pay raise on top of it.  I still can’t believe it. The NFL’s “stop hate”, “unity” and “black lives matter” and support of other themes runs contrary to their own decisions and the decisions of some of their players.  Black Lives Matter of course if it’s a star NFL player but when black women are harassed and assaulted then it doesn’t of course.  What a joke the NFL has become.

Just read that Deshaun got $80 million more guaranteed money at signing than ANYONE IN HISTORY.  $80 million??!! 

It’s a possibility Deshaun could be suspended the entire season.  Some in league circles are really pushing for a full season.  So he made what $30 mill last year and never practiced or played and might get another $54 million this year to do the same (or not do anything)! 

2 years off.....if so that will be a lot of rust to knock off.

$5M fine and an 11 game unpaid suspension and banned from all team facilities and activities, meaning the Browns won't see him until at least December 4th. Also, he has to undergo mental evaluation and counseling for his behavior. That'll sting, for both him and the Browns.
